Register for the MSU Educational Technology Summit
MSU IT’s Education Technology Department is offering a new way for faculty and staff to learn about available classroom technology from their peers and other leaders in the educational technology industry. The MSU Educational Technology Summit is an opportunity to hear how classroom technology already available on campus is enhancing teaching and learning.
The inaugural MSU Educational Technology Summit will take place virtually from July 25 through July 29 and is accessible by joining the D2L learning community. There you will find links to the daily Zoom sessions and select which you’d like to attend.
In addition to hearing from faculty and staff, the Ed Tech team has invited vendors to demonstrate the most effective way to use their educational tech tools.
Vendor presentations will cover technology used to:
- Record and share lectures easily
- Grade several different assessment types online
- Streamline content delivery
- Promote critical thinking and better writing through feedback and revision
- Create and edit assignments in D2L
- Utilize interactive classroom response systems
- Scale online discussion among students
