As a returning fellow, Alex continued the work of his 2017-18 fellows project, the “peer mentoring toolkit”. In addition to consulting with groups on the implementation of the toolkit, Alex worked with one of the 2019 Leadership Academy participants to develop a reference tool for the TGS mentoring working group on methods and modes of evaluating mentoring relationships.
