I received my PhD in Anthropology (here at MSU - Go Green!) and developed a deep interest in the intersection of human behavior and human biology. My role as an educator of human anatomy allows me explore aspects of each.

My research currently focuses on the importance of relationships in anatomy education, issues of equity in education, team-based assessments, and the utilization of feedback to stimulate professional growth in learners.
